Bras
Measure while wearing an underwired bra with a natural cup shape and no padding. The bra should gently support your bust without reshaping it and should not feel too tight under the bust.
BUST MEASUREMENT
Wrap the measuring tape horizontally around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure the tape lies flat and comfortably against the body, without compressing the bust. Take this measurement while wearing a bra that gently supports your natural shape.
UNDERBUST MEASUREMENT
Measure directly under the bust, keeping the measuring tape snug and strictly horizontal, parallel to the floor.

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
