BRA
Measure while wearing a bra with underwire and a natural cup shape (without padding). The bra should gently gather the breast without deforming it and shouldn't feel too tight under the bust.
BUST SIZE
Wrap the ruler horizontally around your torso, passing through the protruding points of your breasts. Ensure the ruler lies freely without compressing your breasts. Take this measurement while wearing a bra that gently gathers your breasts.
UNDER BUST SIZE
Measure underneath the base of your bust. The ruler should snugly encircle you and remain strictly horizontal (parallel to the ground).
