We're committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. However, for hygiene reasons, all lingerie sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. To uphold hygiene standards, please ensure all items are tried on over your own lingerie. We reserve the right to decline exchanges if items don't meet our standards.

Returns are accepted within 14 working days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with tags and labels intact. Please note that discounted items are not eligible for returns.

Initiating a Return

Contact us at info@monamuah.com with your order number and the items you wish to return, along with any feedback on size, fabric, or style. We value your input as it helps us enhance Mona Muah.

Await our confirmation.

Prepare your parcel for shipping and send it via your preferred courier.

Shipping costs won't be refunded.

You're responsible for return expenses. Send your parcel to the address provided and share the tracking number with us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of its status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 days.

Refund timelines depend on your bank's policies, and refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
